okaay...the time difference between here and nz is 5hrs...yup.
so when we reached there it was already 5am...while in spore it was 12am.. heh.. the feeling was like, tired? yeah..
aunty anne fetched us frm the auckland airport to her house to rest... then later on we checked into great south rd motel.. oh yeah, guess wat? any parent who leaves their child [15yrs and under] at home alone would be prosecuted.. i think its because kidnapping there and robbery is very high?? oh well...
ok actually on the first day we didnt really do much... we did attend a Christmas dinner tho...it was average if u ask me. -_-||
oh, we attended church on the next day too. yup. oh yeah, after the dinner while playing badminton i got hit in the eye by a darn tennis ball. there were pple playing cricket... i tell u... CRICKET SUCKS BIG TIME!! the game is so boring man. trust me.
after auckland we went to tauranga, to swim with the dolphins..
then it was rotorua...tt place is full of volcanoes[i think]..sulphur ponds and geysers!! okay..everywhere there was sulphur ponds and they stink!! ack..
we got to see a geyser shoot up. cool hey? and when the water lands on u..its cold. weird eh?
oh. and we went to agrodome too...it sucks man... its where there are farm shows and really expensive rides like, bungy,swoop,free fall,agrojet[lame..in such a teeny weeny pond!!] and zorb.. okay..the so called cheapest was zorb.. u knoe...where u r put in a plastic ball and u roll down a hill... my bro and i took double wet. it was awesome but ends too soon. i dun suggest u taking it. >_< we took it twice anw... oh, we also went to hannahs rd and hannahs bay! *egocentric* haha..
after rotorua was napier.. we checked into Tuscany motel. the BEST man!! i recommend u this one. the rooms are all arranged and made according to medditeranean style!! and very new .. napier is a very relaxing place... unlike wellington.
after napier was wellington. ack. not nice. i'm referring to the city. the countryside is okay... where there are all the rivers and mountains and hills..blahblah.. well it was the place where LOTR took place.. yup. rite.. we dint visit those places where the scenes took place. but we went to Te Papa Museum.. quite nice.. but the simulator rides there are boring and expensive. geez.. and after tt we sat in wat they call a cable car.. but to me its more like a tram. man..
next we went to taupo.. on the way there a guy was trying to hitch a ride from pple. jus so coincidentally an antique shop my father wanted to check out was near to tt guy. well he waved, so naturally my father waved back.. haha... so my father stopped, and tried to reverse to the shop. the guy behind was walking towards us thinkin tt we were going to let him ride!! lol... my dad then drove off... haha.. jus when we realized he was happily walking to our car... okay... i think i was being boring.. so if u dun understand..haha..
anw, taupo rocks. lake taupo is the size of s'pore u noe tt? cool.. we got to go to the huka falls... [most visited] and ride on the huka jet where we got to experience full spins!! i'll get the pictures soon.. we rode on it the second time for half price man!! (: the bestest best seat is the back corner seats. tts how i got drenched. hehe..
after two nights at taupo we went to waikato for awhile and later back to auckland for one night first. and the next day we went to the bay of islands for another night. bay of islands[paihia] is real cool man!! okay.. on tt day was Christmas eve..
the next day on Christmas, off we were to auckland again... lol. next day at auckland we spent almost the whole day at rainbowsend. not a big theme park i suppose.. of cos gold coast or disney land is better. but wat the heck? tts probably the only theme park around? i mean..who noes? btw, it was in manakau... near auckland.
oh. 26th dec was boxing day rite? too bad they dun give discounts at the park. ahhahaz..
